WDC is also providing 24X7 backup supports for defined SUN, HP, and IBM Servers installed at IBM/VODAFONE at any location .This includes providing L1, L2 support for Backup solution & Storage management service covers daily administration and management of storage devices placed at any location.
WDC is also providing 24*7*365 Support for Wintel Servers, OS (IBM & HP), NAS Box, OS (Windows – All Versions), Microsoft Clustering, DNS, DHCP, Mail Management (Exchange Server – 2003 & 2007), Microsoft ISA Server, Antivirus, Proxy & Content Filtering, Backup’s. Application Support, Monitoring of Wintel Servers.
WDC is also engaged with IBM-VODAFONE in TBO Activity for Mumbai Migration DC to NDC2. The scope of the project and encompasses the following major activities as mentioned below:

Working with an IDEA account on 24/7 support on TBO Application Project - handling 25 to 30 applications on fixed price contract with IBM. WDC is necessarily providing software support development activities, including but not limited to, software development, software testing, publication development, program maintenance, software development support.

IBM Software Labs (ISL)
WDC is Managing System Administration/IT Security implementation (servers) across all locations for ISL . We manage some 650 + servers( AIX , HP-UX, SUN Solaris, Linux, & Windows) for ISL this includes:
Implementing all required security settings to base OS, including password policy, encryption, Operating System Resource (OSR) protection, etc, depending on the classification of a system as per ITCS 104 - IBM security standards and general systems administration tasks.
Installation and management of security advisory patches to base OS
Conduct TCP/IP vulnerability scanning periodically and fix any vulnerability.
Installation of corporate approved Anti-Virus tool,firewall, track and clean virus if affected.
Conduct system security assurance health checking at periodic intervals for base OS of Group 1 systems and assist subsystem health checking.
User ID Management: Generate account list form a system and compare with bluepages for Quarterly Employment Verification (QEV), Annually Continued Business Need Revalidation (CBN), or Privileged Account Revalidation (PAR) .
Supporting system registrations/reclassifications & change management.
Managing all Security requirements as per IBM Corporate Standards ITCS 104 for Compliant Systems as mandated by IBM CIO.
Documentation and status reporting for all ITCS 104 activities and server consolidation .
